I have been to two eye doctors since getting glasses almost 15 years ago, and I have never had an experience like I did at Optometric Associates. The exam was thorough, the doctor explained everything she was doing and everything she saw from my tests. I left my previous doctor because it had been bought out by a corporate eye doctor and most of the staff had left. I was looking for an office with caring and knowledgeable staff, and Optometric Associates is more than I could have hoped for. I was able to find new glasses I love, they have great warranties on the lenses (a problem I had with my last doctor), and have timely service when it comes to getting your glasses. When picking out my frames, the optician and the front office staff gave me their opinions when I tried them on and did not rush me at all. I love it here and will always come back!
Dr. Cerny did a wonderful job with our 5 year old! Highly recommend this practice! Staff did great with our daughter, she was very nervous at her first appointment and they did a wonderful job calming her down and helping her through the process. We picked up her glasses today and she is so excited to wear them!
They are so knowledgeable and very friendly and are there to give you the best help with your glasses. Very respectable and patient with their clients. I can't say enough good things about them. Had an amazing experience with them getting my glasses
Everyone at the office is extremely professional and kind. The doctor listen to the concerns that I had with my eyes. She offered me suggestions on how to make my eyes feel better. I was able to select a frame from a large selection. And was fitted into a wonderful pair of glasses, that not only flatter my face, but help me see even better than ever. I highly recommend This office! You will not be disappointed!
The doctors and staff here have always been thorough, kind, and considerate. I’ve never had any problems having my questions addressed or my eyes thoroughly checked. They even caught something other doctors missed in my family member. Love this team!
I haven't been to a eye doctor in years but coming here was excellent Dr. Cerny was the best- great atmosphere, great conversation, all nervousness was gone the moment she said hi. I would highly recommend this office.
The staff was very friendly to me, very welcoming, office was very nice and clean. My doctor was polite friendly and made sure I understood everything and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The staff is very helpful and informative. The doctors are kind and explain all that they are doing and why. I’d recommend them for children and adults.

This is the probably the best vision exam I’ve ever had. The facility is clean, all staff are professional and patient. I really didn’t feel rushed. They helped me understand my coverage and give me the best options. Overall, great experience! I’d def recommend!
