Comprehensive Eye Exams
Our doctors each have years of experience and will perform a thorough, personalized eye examination including a complete eye health check and a prescription for glasses.
Additionally, our doctors look for cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma and diabetic eye disease. Our eyes can often reveal other health problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes, elevated cholesterol, multiple sclerosis and some autoimmune diseases. Exams generally take 30 to 45 minutes and include a complimentary Optomap Ultra-Wide Retinal Scan. |
Contact Lenses
Our doctors love fitting Contact Lenses and they have experience using soft lenses from all major manufacturers such as Vistakon, Alcon, Bausch & Lomb and Cooper Vision.
Our doctors recommend single use contacts as the safest and most convenient method of wear and we have multifocal contact lenses! No Sales Tax in Ohio on contacts! |

The Optomap Retinal Scan provides a panoramic view of the inner lining of the eye. Ultra-wide digital retinal imaging can display over 80% of the retinal even without dilating drops.
We believe so strongly in the benefits of Optomap Scans that we provide Optomaps at no charge when appropriate for your eye examination.
How Does the Optomap Work? The patient places their eye up to the instrument and the doctor's assistant positions the patient and takes the scan. The Optomap captures its image in only 1/4 of a second. The assistant takes two scans and evaluates the images. If the images look good the same procedure is repeated on the second eye. The scanned digital image is sent immediately to your doctor for viewing.
Is Optomap Better Than Dilation? The Optomap Retinal Exam is a well suited tool to use during an eye wellness check or exams for contacts and glasses. Patients with diabetes, cataracts, visual symptoms, and other medical issues will likely be dilated in addition to the Optomap.
Your doctor will discuss with you the benefits and most appropriate method of examination for you.
