Allow one hour or more for your full visit. Bring all your current glasses and a list of current medications to your appointment.

If you wear contact lenses which were not provided by our office, please bring the contact lens boxes or foil labels with you. Come to your visit wearing your contact lenses.

Drops are generally used to dilate the pupils of adults and children. While most patients feel they can drive after their drops, feel free to bring a driver with you if you are unsure about driving after dilation.

You may print and fill out the Welcome Forms in this website or come a few minutes early to your appointment and fill out the forms in our office.

Be sure to bring your cards if used for vision or medical benefits.
