The mission of Optometric Associates is to provide the highest quality vision care in a comfortable, friendly, and professional environment. Our patient’s eye care needs are our highest priority. Dr. George Glosik and Dr. Robert Glosik, the optometrists at Optometric Associates, make it a policy to ensure that all staff members are up-to-date on the latest eye care developments and technology to make your visit as comfortable and efficient as possible. Since optometric technology is constantly changing, it is important to select an eye doctor who possesses all the necessary optometry qualifications and follows the latest advancements in eye care.

Dr. George N. Glosik
Dr. George N. Glosik graduated from Miami University in 1978 and received his doctorate in 1982 from the Illinois College of Optometry. He performed an additional externship at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Chicago.
Dr. George has practiced in our office for over 28 years. He has extensive experience in fitting contact lenses and enjoys all aspects of family eyecare. He has been an active member in the American, Ohio and Cleveland Optometric Associations for 30 years.

Dr. Robert J. Glosik
Dr. Robert J. Glosik received his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1982.
With over 28 years in vision care, Dr. Robert Glosik has experience in specialty contact lenses and family eyecare. Dr. Robert has been an active member of the American, Ohio, and Cleveland Optometric Associations for 30 years and was invited to participate in the Ciba/Essilor "Providing Legendary Patient Care" seminar in 2008.

Our Front Desk Staff
Jane, Angie and Kelly are the friendly and welcoming staff who run our reception desk and business office. They have over 30 combined years in our office assisting patients and will be happy to help you with any questions regarding appointments, insurance, billing and services.

Dr. George Glosik (Retired)
Dr. George Glosik started our practice on East 131st Street in Cleveland in 1950, just after graduating from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. In 1965, he moved the office to Turney Road in Garfield Heights and he was joined by his two sons, Drs. George N. and Robert J. Glosik, in 1982.
Dr. Glosik was active in our latest move in June 2010 to Broadview Road in Seven Hills. He actively served in the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserve and he retired from Optometric Associates in 1990, but remained active in the practice for twenty additional years.
